2) User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own safety and that of others. Please wear appropriate footwear and follow all posted rules. Children must be supervised.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure the safety and maintenance of our facilities, we accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from use of the courts.
4) Court Rules
Users must comply with the published rules of play and and behaviour. Aggressive conduct, misuse of equipment, or unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in removal from the premises.
5) Use at Own Risk
Participation is entirely at your own risk. You are advised to have personl accident insurance if concerned.
