No. A full set of premium clubs is included with every booking, free of charge. Bring your own if you prefer — both are welcome.
Not at all. The simulator adapts to your level — beginners can start on easy mode with shorter holes and forgiving physics. Staff will get you set up before your session starts.
The bay comfortably fits a group, all included in the flat hourly rate. For larger groups or private events, get in touch and we'll sort it.
Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable but we can usually reschedule.
Yes — the Casa del Padel bar is open during all simulator hours. Drinks and snacks can be brought into the bay.
Kids welcome. Players under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Booking terms & simulator use
Bookings & payment. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we'll do our best to reschedule. Late arrivals will not have their session extended.
Use of the simulator. The simulator must be used as instructed by Casa del Padel staff. Misuse may result in your session being terminated without refund. Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times — spiked golf shoes are not permitted on the hitting mat. Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Equipment & damage. Clubs and balls are provided free of charge for use during your session. Customers are liable for any loss or damage caused to the simulator, clubs, or facility through misuse, negligence, or wilful action. Reasonable wear and tear excepted. Any equipment faults must be reported to staff immediately.
General. Casa del Padel reserves the right to refuse service or end a session where conduct is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive to other customers. Casa del Padel accepts no liability for personal injury caused by improper use of the simulator or facility, except where required by law. The lead booker is responsible for all members of their group.
